Harvey S. Wells

Harvey S. Wells is a stockholder and president of the Investigative Services Group, Incorporated.

Licensed as a private investigator in Ohio and Michigan, Mr. Wells holds certifications from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission, The St. James Academy, and the National Rifle Association. He has received continuing education in criminal and civil defense investigation, forensic statement analysis, forensic-data recovery, and email tracing. A certified missing-persons investigator, he earned the Certified Master Investigator designation in 2001.

A University of Toledo graduate, Mr. Wells is a former member of the board of directors of the University of Toledo Dean Hodge Entrepreneurial Fund and Connecting Point of Toledo, Ohio. He is also a member of the National Association of Investigative Specialists; the United States Process Servers Association; Court Officers and Deputy Sheriff’s and Process Servers of Michigan, Inc.; the Law Enforcement Alliance of America; and the Ohio Association of Security & Investigation Services.

Phillip J. Blossom

Phillip J. Blossom, executive vice president, shareholder, and ISG partner, is licensed as a private investigator by the Ohio Division of Homeland Security.

A 2002 graduate of the Detective Training Institute, Mr. Blossom is a certified Forensic Regulation Analyst. He is a member of the Business Network International Group, the National Association of Investigative Specialists, the United States Process Servers Association, and the Ohio Association of Security and Investigations.

Mr. Blossom is also a certified foster and adoptive parent in the State of Michigan.
